Our Transformation Challenges run throughout the year. We work in association with various Media Outlets to insure Proper Exposure to our various challenges.

This Contest is currently available To Alberta Residents.
Primary Location is Ft. McMurray.

Participation for the SUPER GRAND PRIZE requires full Payment of Membership Fee. Either the Fitness Challenge Membership ($97)or Quick Start Membership($147) will allow you to participate. You will be judged according to your “Overall Transformation” from your Before Photo(s) to the After Photo(s). Start Date is May 1st 2004. Finish Date will be announced once 2500 New Members have signed up. From that date of 2500 confirmed New Member Signups there will be 2 weeks given to send in your entry. (You may send in entry sooner if you wish) There will be 4 Men’s and 4 Women’s Categories. (18-25), (26-35), (36-45), (46+) for each Gender. Instructions For Photos and Needed Info: Two Before and Two After Photos. One FULL Front Shot and One FULL Back Shot of each time period. Participants must have Newspaper with current Date (when photo was taken and visible) in ALL pictures. The Needed Info MUST be Computer Typed. (No hand written submissions will be accepted!) Needed Info: Name: Age: Sex: Height: Weight: Body Fat % Start: Finish: Desired Fitness Goal: (Fat Loss, Gain Muscle, etc.) This Contest is currently available To Alberta Residents. Due to email restrictions please mail us your entry info. Please Place all pictures and necessary info in a Large envelope. Be sure to write your age category on the outside of the envelope. Any perceived “CAMERA TRICKS” used in photos, non-payment of membership, or missing data in Needed Info of your entry requirements will be grounds for disqualification. Please note that we are looking for the Best overall “Transformation” and not necessarily who appears to be in better physical shape. We wish all Members who choose to participate good luck. All Entry Information Packages need to be mailed to the address that will be provided closer to the SUPER GRAND PRIZE end Date.

All other Prizes will be Randomly Drawn and the Winner(s) contacted by phone or email.
