We have a Dance and Personal Training Studio, partially opened located on 133579 72nd st. Surrey British Columbia.

We also utilize other Affiliate Training Facilities for Specialized Training.

Group classes are available and we hope to have Pilate’s, yoga and a self-defense class available soon.

Then there is little ol me’ (If you can call over 200lbs of muscle on a 5’6” frame little…don’t worry I am still trying get bigger)

I help with Pre-Employment Programs for our local Fire, Paramedic and Law Enforcement clients. I train them like athletes to make them stronger, leaner and faster…better to serve you right!

Posing Seminars and tapes are also my specialty. I am the man known simply as the “Magnificent 1”.

Just a character name that we use in Body Building…fans dig it.
